This law is aimed at strengthening
of the General System of Social Security in Health through a model of
provision of the public health service that under the Attention strategy
Primary Health allows the coordinated action of the State, institutions and the
society for the improvement of health and the creation of a healthy environment and
healthy, to provide higher quality, inductive and equitable services, where the
center and objective of all efforts are residents in the country.






UNIVERSITY: General Health Social Security System covers
All residents in the country, at all stages of life.

PREVALENCE OF RIGHTS. It is the obligation of the family, the State and the
health care, caring for, protecting and assisting women in a state of
pregnancy and reproductive age, to boys, girls and adolescents, to guarantee your life, your health, your physical and moral integrity and your harmonious development and integral. The provision of these services will correspond to the vital acids
formulated in this Law, within the Benefits Plan.

EQUITY. The General Health Social Security System must guarantee the
access to the Affiliate Benefit Plan, regardless of their ability to
payment and particular conditions, preventing individual loans not
relevant according to technical criteria and dentifrices put at risk the
resources necessary for the attention of the rest of the population.

TRANSPARENCY. the conditions of service provision, the relationship
between the different actors of the General System of Social Security in Health and the
definition of health policies should be public, clear and visible.

CONTINUITY. Any person who, having entered the General System of
Social Security in Health has a vocation of permanence and should not, in principle, be
separated from it when its quality of life and integrity is in danger.

Esta son historias a groso modo de jóvenes en diferentes ciudades de Colombia donde fueron engañados y llevados a trabajar con mentiras donde fueron asesinados y los hicieron pasar por guerrilleros o paramilitares. Mas de 1.800 jóvenes los vistieron con botas, uniformes y armas, la historia que voy a resaltar es de un joven que tenìa una discapacidad cognitiva, donde no sabìa leer ni escribir y tenia problemas de aprendizaje y no distinguia o reconocía el valor del dinero ni la relaciòn. Sin embargo hace parte de una fila de asesinados por ejercito Colombiano los cuales cobraron e hicieron "operaciones" para desmatelar redes y publicamente fueron mostradas como estrategias donde solamente fueron mentiras, muchas de estas madres que recuerdan a sus hijos con gran dolor marchan y se encuentran en la plaza de bolivar para conmemorar a sus hijos.

In the feeders they implemented a ladder so that people with wheelchairs can use the service since before there was no way and they had to travel long distances in their own chair, the method works but many of those buses have this function damaged and impeding mobility those people who require assistance.

The number of people who use the transmilenio system are not always aware of those people who have a limitation when moving from one side of the city to another, however the number of people does not favor them because there is no space in buses and so it is time to wait much longer and go through many discomforts, injustices and inequality of their condition

To mobilize people who have the economic capacity, they get to modify their vehicles to be able to drive them without complication and without the need to use their legs as normally done but their arms

One of the problems that a person may have which cannot be mobilized quickly and efficiently due to a limitation that causes them to not see is the use of transportation, in Bogota a braille inclusion was made for those people can use SITP buses and in the whereabouts are the routes in braille

In some stations of transmilenio they had to implement this type of adaptations because the infrastructures do not have ramps however the city and mobility is not done thinking also of people with limitations

EPICONDILITIS

La epicondilitis lateral, en general conocida como codo de tenista, es una afección dolorosa de los tendones que se unen al hueso en la parte externa (lateral) del codo. Los tendones sujetan el músculo al hueso. El músculo involucrado en esta afección, el músculo extensor radial corto del carpo, ayuda a extender y estabilizar la muñeca. Con epicondilitis lateral hay degeneración de la unión del tendón, lo que debilita el sitio de sujeción y aplica una mayor tensión en el área. Esto puede conducir a un dolor asociado con las actividades en las que este músculo entra en acción, como levantar pesos, agarrar o sujetar. Los deportes tales como el tenis suelen estar asociados con esto, pero el problema puede ocurrir con muchos tipos de actividad diferentes, ya sean deportivas o no.

 Qué la causa?

Exceso de uso: la causa puede estar o no relacionada con la actividad laboral. Una actividad que aplica tensión en las uniones del tendón, a través de tensión en la unidad del músculo y el tendón extensor, aumenta la tensión sobre el tendón.

 Traumatismo: un golpe directo en el codo podría provocar la inflamación del tendón, lo que podría producir una degeneración. Una acción, fuerza o actividad extrema repentina también pueden lesionar el tendón.

SIGNOS Y SÍNTOMAS

El dolor es el motivo principal por el cual los pacientes acuden a una evaluación médica. El dolor se encuentra sobre la cara externa del codo, sobre la región ósea conocida como epicóndilo lateral. Esta área se vuelve sensible al tacto. El dolor también se produce por cualquier actividad que aplique tensión al tendón, como asir o levantar pesos. Con la actividad, el dolor suele comenzar en el codo y extenderse por el antebrazo hasta la mano. Ocasionalmente, cualquier movimiento del codo puede ser doloroso.
