¿The overall purpose of the ICF, and what this relevant health care system is?

As a general purpose, the CIF is indicated to be used in several disciplines and different sectors, in which it stands out: a common language to be able to describe the state of health and for a communication solution, scientific bases on which the comprehension is directed and the state of health, the information systems and the comparison of data between countries for health services and disciplines.
This is a relevant and useful system that can be used or applied in several areas: in health policy, in the evaluation of quality of care, and for the evaluation of consequences in different cultures
